Admin Copilot helped me identify an outdated Help Center article

Over the past year, we had made several updates to our product, such as renaming certain pages and reports. We had done our best to update the help center articles to reflect all of the changes, but it turns out we missed one. Here’s how I found out:

  1. A user spoke with our chatbot and asked about a user profile setting.
  2. Our AI agent replied “… confirm that Receive Email Reminders is set to Yes in your profile. In some organizations, this setting may appear under Work Details or Organization."
    • but actually, the profile section “Organization” was the old verbiage, which had been updated to “Work Details”.
  3. When I first reviewed this AI ticket, I didn’t know why it would’ve answered that way.
  4. I went to the Admin Center and used the Admin Copilot, asking why it would be responding with those two suggested locations.
  5. The Copilot was able to review our articles and found the two that were inconsistent, then offered to correct it for me! Without me even telling it, Copilot knew which one was outdated, based on our Release Notes article that had detailed the change!

Hello @Nikki12 , this is such a great example of how Copilot can help! In the rush of daily operations, identifying small inconsistencies like this can take a lot of time and become frustrating. It’s great to see how Copilot helped uncover the outdated information, connect it to the relevant release notes, and save you time and efforts, thank you so much for sharing!
