Improving the accuracy of Japanese search in the messaging Answer bot.

Feature Request Summary

  • I want to improve the accuracy of the Answer bot's Japanese search in messaging.
  • Add a menu where you can/can't use the Answer bot (message search) in messaging.


Explanation/Example of use

  1. Enter "ninja" and it returns
    I didn't understand your question
    even if the FAQ article contains this word in the title or body.
  2. If you enter a sentence that contains a mixture of katakana, hiragana, and kanji, it will return the same result as 1.
  3. When I enter a sentence that contains English words and hiragana or kanji, it returns the same result as 1.

Because of this situation, I can only use the settings in the flow builder properly.
If the accuracy of Japanese search is not improved, the end user may be able to get rid of the frustration if there is no message search in the Answer bot.
