Hello, we would like to download call recordings for our agents

Currently, there are two options available

Incremental Call exports of call metrics and Download Recordings app

Download recordings only allows downloading of recordings per ticket

When will there be an option to bulk download multiple ticket recordings?

    Thank you for your question. At this time this capability is not on the roadmap. However, you can accomplish this via our API (see here).
