Read articles and watch videos within widget (Messenger)

Within the classic web widget it is possible to read articles and also watch videos.

I would like to activate Messaging and build up flows for a better user experience.
Unfortunately, the options (read articles and watch videos) are not available within the new widget. The customer is forwarded from the widget to the help centre. The user experience is awful.
When will this issue addressed and fixed?
