As you may have seen in this announcement, Zendesk will retire Zendesk Sell on August 31, 2027. Although we will no longer offer a sales CRM after that date, we will provide clear guidance and support for Sell through its retirement date, and we will facilitate a smooth, thoughtful transition to our preferred partner, Pipedrive, for those who wish to migrate.
To help us respond efficiently during this period, post your questions and transition-related feedback in the comments below. Our team will reply as quickly as possible. You can expect:
- A direct answer from a Zendesk team member in the comments
- A Zendesk support ticket created on your behalf, if needed, to connect you with the appropriate team
Please note: as we move forward with this change, we will not be accepting enhancement requests for Sell or Pipedrive, our partner in this transition.
