Hello,

I am Sakar from Kathmandu , Nepal. Recently started SaaSPal a Product focused company. The biggest challenge I face as a builder is validating my idea and testing with beta users. 

I have tried cold reaching and cold messaging some but I think should try more.

How did you find your first customers ? How did you make your beta tester groups ?
