The Password Expiry Notification Email looks like a phishing attempt

The password expiry notification should not include a URL as it sets off phishing alarm bells to recipients. It should just instruct to log in directly at the agent’s established zendesk login page to change their password.

      It seems the password email is not customizable and looks like spam people are not happy with it. The team might have been making customizable but not sure when
