Hi,

As a new organisation to Zendesk Sell there are some very annoying limitations to the Dashboards. Required enhancements;

1. Ability to be able to edit the labelling of the widget so it can be more meaningful

2. Ability to re-size the widgets, both larger and smaller. The grid layout needs more flexibility

3. The widget filters need to be consistent for all types. Some you can select various filters, others it is limited to just two - very annoying!

4. Ability to select Goal Attainment by Pipeline is a 'Must Have'. When using multiple Pipelines the data is combined, therefore displaying incorrect data

5. Ability to be able to export the dashboard as a report would be very useful, even if only as a PDF

    Agree. As another new user, the display size of the dashboard widgets is proving to be extremely limiting. On a standard laptop screen only three widgets can be displayed on the available real estate which requires users to constantly scroll down. The whole point of a dashboard is to provide a useful view. Pilots would crash planes if they had to scroll down to see their instruments.

    Thank you for the feedback. If you need more custom dashboards and reporting, you can join Zendesk Sell sales reporting in Explore open beta. With Zendesk Explore there's a tone of addtional functionality available for you. It should address your 1, 2, 3, 5 points @David Marchant, and your feedback @SuperChoice as well. 

    Over time we'll be adding more and more functionality in there, including goals.
