Improved formatting ability in Signatures

In an agents profile, you are limited to only text in their signatures.

Would be great if we were able to customise this to replicate our email signatures.

At the moment we have to use macros which is an extra couple of clicks each time submit a response.

+1  to this feature. As a workaround we edited our outbound notifications to use placeholders so we could customize the signatures. We even put the formatting inside Dynamic content so we would only need to change the format there instead of updating each trigger with format changes.

 

Negatives: This does not carry over to Side Conversations, the agents do not see with own signatures on their 

Positives: We can have many Team signatures for different groups rather than the single Brand signature. It is easy to see eactly where the DC placeholder is for each trigger in the DC page
