The Ticket Status column is currently not sortable, and cannot be rearranged unless you add in the Ticket Status option.
For example:

I have added in Ticket Status under the Formatting options. This takes up 1 of the 10 columns that I am able to use. This is the only option that we have to move the Ticket Status column.
If I remove the Ticket Status column from the Formatting options the column will be moved to the furthest left column and will not allow me to sort. This is a major oversight for any list. Every column should be able to be sorted. Also, I should not have to add in a column to the Formatting options if the column is always there. I should be able to sort it as is with the Ticket Status option not counting towards the 10 columns, AND being able to be rearranged.
Please consider adding this basic feature.
