Hi,
We upgraded and created a new subdomain for the URL login, been working fine for nearly 2 months. Yesterday evening we received an email to state - See below.
Even though back in June we received an email reply on a ticket to confirm the migration was successful. How can this be fixed? States our subdomain no longer exists?

Your Zendesk has not been upgraded. For now, you can access Chat by logging into your account at dashboard.zopim.com.

What now?

- We will attempt to migrate your account to the Chat experience at another time. You will be notified of a new upgrade date on the Chat dashboard in your account five days in advance.
