Where did zendesk quicktab go?

Why did zendesk get rid of the quicktab extension? It makes zero sense from any perspective. All of the additional db queries and connections it has to maintain for someone to click and it opens another chrome tab vs maintaining the extension, very odd.

I'm not a professional developer — this is genuinely just something I made to solve my own daily annoyance. Years ago there was Quicktab for Zendesk but it only worked on Chrome. I use Safari, so I created my own and I'd love any honest feedback if you give it a try. And if there's a feature that'd make your ticket workflow smoother, I'm all ears.
