Content Cues Removed but still advertised in articles

We recently upgraded to Enterprise and were excited to use Content Cues to get suggestions on articles after our tickets had been scanned. As per this article last update on the July 16th 2025 (7 days ago) this is mentioned as a great AI feature that we can utilize.

After some further Googling and searching for how to enable this and best practices, I came across this announcement from January 14th 2025, which states that Content Cues are being removed on May 1st 2025.

This is very disappointing since part of the appeal for our upgrade to Enterprise was this feature, and having it still advertised in many (recently updated) locations is misleading. As I don't have time to scan every announcement and cross-reference this with each feature, please could you make sure that wherever possible the latest information is being used.
Additionally, could you advise what new features are being worked on in place of this, as it doesn't mention if you are intending on having anything similar.
