I think it would be great if customers could contact us via live chat, and then be given the option to request a call back. Doing this would open up a schedule tool for them to select the next available date and time - then book in a 10 minute slot.
Agents could then see this calendar and either manually (or auto-magically) reserve time to make the calls.
