Is there a feature or app that will allow us to have Zendesk create a new ticket in a recurring manner based on the calendar date we provide? For example, we have a Process that kicks off every year in June but no way to track when the time has come, so we would like Zendesk to automatically create a new ticket which will alert the respective parties that the process is kicking off and they need to view their action items

Hi @brett12, not sure if it's the only app that does it, but Sweethawk's Recurring Tickets App might be what you're looking for.

I've used an email sending service called SendRecurring,  https://www.sendrecurring.com/, to auto create tickets in Zendesk.  It is used to configure an email template which can then be sent to Zendesk, which will create a ticket, it can then be scheduled to repeat, say for monthly for backup/restore checks. or admin password changes.  There is a fee if the qty exceeds 50 per month.  The account you create will be the sender and hence the requester of the ticket, so it is a good idea to setup a email address that is not associated with a person.
