Thank you for the script, @benjamin28 !  I added it to a web automator script to import a list of ticket IDs (found by using a version of this recipe) and spit out PDFs of tickets with only the public comments shown.  I added a section to remove the img objects, too, as I found that some of our end users had attached images to tickets that inflated the PDF sizes tremendously.
