Is there a plan to provide more of a custom schedule delivery?  We'd like to share the same dashboards at the beginning and end of the week, so having a weekly delivery with the option to select multiple days would be helpful.

Currently, one would have to schedule multiple deliveries for the same dashboard.

To Matt's comment, there are other tools, like Domo, which allow the dashboard to be embedded within the body of the email.  I would prefer to just create the dashboards in Zendesk and not have to do so in a third-party tool.  Our executive team would like to receive the actual content in the body of the email which is slightly faster than opening up attachments AND it would ideal to be able to drill-down.  Clicking on an area of the email body would then open the query to be able to drill-down into the underlying data.

Hello everyone,

I would like to express my gratitude to all of you for taking the time to provide us with feedback.

I want to apologize for the delay in responding to this feature request. I understand that it has been open for quite some time without a reply from our PM. However, I am here to clarify some of the questions raised in this post and to share with you where Zendesk currently stands with regards to this feature request.

Firstly, I want to assure you that scheduling dashboards to individual and end users is available in the classic dashboard builder.

Secondly, we do not plan to allow scheduling tabs. However, if you are looking for a way to customize the dashboard for different audiences, I would like to invite you to have a look at our dashboard restrictions feature in the new dashboard builder. The ability to schedule dashboard restrictions will be available in the new dashboard builder before it is released for general availability.

Lastly, I would like to inform you that we are closing this post for comments as we have all the necessary information and use cases required should we ever decide to revisit this feature request.
