With the new SLA UI update, you can no longer see straight up if the hours inside the SLA are set to calendar or business hours. You now have to do in and edit the SLA metric to see this.
It would save a lot of time/effort/troubleshooting if the hours of operation were present somewhere like in the screenshot below.
