Moving AI agents - Advanced reporting to Zendesk Analytics (Explore)

I am happy that built-in reporting for  AI agents - Advanced has recently been improved. With standard Zendesk AI bot, we could have Explorer dashboards for all self-service and automation tools. For AI agents - Advanced it's not possible. In addition, we cannot generate custom reports. As a workaround, we can only download Excel files from the built-in AI agents - Advanced reporting and create the reports we need in PowerBI, for example.

 

I hope that this will soon be improved.

Hi Team, 

 

I'd like to also put in a use case for this. Current enterprise client is very frustrated with AAiA analytics not being present inside of the existing Zendesk Analytics platform. 

 

1. It means they have to jump between 2 different platforms to view reporting data instead of just one singular place. 

2. There's no ability to drill-into the data on the current AAiA analytics dashboard. 

3. If were looking at a number for eg 65% of convos marked as not understood, in order to look at those specific convos, we need to go to the conversation logs page, run a filter. If we then navigate back to the Analytics page to look at something else and then back to the conversation logs page, we loose the the filter from before and have to start again. 

4. We're not able to create any type of custom reports in the current AAiA dashboard.
