Notification Sound for Tickets

i am working on a chrome extansion that with satisfy all this conditions

and is going to have a fair fee for what it does - 5$ / YEAR

I wanted to check in to see if there are any updates on this matter, as it’s something I’m quite concerned about.

We really believe that adding a sound notification would greatly help our agents. It could enable them to notice when a ticket is created or updated more swiftly, leading to faster responses and resolutions.

You'll get Chrome desktop notifications (with sound) for comments/mentions for tickets that you're assigned to/follow and, a notification for when tickets arrive to your select views.

Fully customizable and you can even suppress automation users to avoid noise.
