Reddit has become a very active place for us now where conversations are occurring around our products on a more technical level and we find the community there is becoming even more important than any of our other social media platforms. Are there plans to have some integration in the future? If not I think it is something important to consider. It can be pulled in just like Facebook Post with a simple API hook and comments can be attached to that ticket the same way we currently deal with facebook post.

Reddit Integration for Zendesk
Adding my thoughts as well. We need Reddit integration. We are finding all sorts of negative and positive write ups about us.
We also would love a Reddit integration
@mike117 does it treat each post as a ticket and comments will be added to the ticket thread or is each comment it's own ticket because that would probably be kind of annoying if we get hundreds of comments on the same thread treated as individual tickets.
