Feature Request Summary:
Allow users to create views that can show the linked problem ticket, or other attributes. Alternately an icon or other visual indicatior in the view that indicates that the ticket is linked to a Problem ticket
Description/Use Cases:
Support escalation teams look for ways to prioritize their workloads in the most efficient way having data in one view for their workload.
Business impact of limitation or missing feature:
Currently, there is no way for an agent to know at a glance from Views that a ticket is related to a larger problem (and can therefore be ignored until the larger problem is fixed). If there was a way to add the link to the problem as a column in views, it would greatly improve efficiency.
