I saw that you got a response to this in a private ticket. For others who also have this question, here's the response that Todd got: 

"Per our recommendation in Support Article here: "If you want to send files that exceed these limits, use another method. You can choose to host those files on another site and send the customer a hyperlink to the file or use a file-sharing app from our Marketplace such as the Box (https://www.zendesk.com/apps/support/box/) app."  However, you're already using Box app. Can you try to right-click on your uploaded file on Box app? Once you right-click on it, select 'Copy Link' then share it.  Alternatively, you may upload your files to a free cloud hosting storage such as Google Drive and change the privacy setting to share the file to anyone with the link. "
