Zendesk Support SDK for iOS
Tapping the paperclip icon requests photo and camera permissions but then just continues to display the keyboard. The UI for this is hidden underneath and is visible when switching between apps.
Due to this issue, it is not possible to include an attachment.
Is this a known bug? Is there something we can edit to fix this?
Hi Justin! If you're testing this in Xcode, it's very likely that this is related to a known issue that we have for wired keyboards. If the issue is still present when installed on a phone, take a look at our guide for getting help with our SDKs and share that information in here!
