One of my staff members didn't receive the Zendesk email asking them to sign into Zendesk for the first time and create a log in. How do you get this email re-sent?
Enter your E-mail address. We'll send you an e-mail with instructions to reset your password.


You may resend the email verification by going to the Agent Profile>Primary Email>Resend Verification Email. Here's a screenshot for your reference.
