Cancelling subscription to account that I have no access to.

To cancel my subscription, I am told that I need to log in and cancel, but my account is with a company that I no longer work for and I can't get access to that email.    How can I cancel my subscription or at least disconnect my credit card without access to the account?

Hi Zendesk,

that's sounds like a similar problem that I have.

The subdomain login isn't working for a domain I would like to cancel. Codemails from the Chatbot doesn't reach our systems.

I'm stuck :-(
