Custom Macro Catergory for Znedesk Auto QA

Hi, I’ve created a custom category called Anything Macro. The purpose of this category is to detect when an agent has used a macro so that Auto QA can review it. However, it isn’t currently identifying when a macro has been applied by an agent.

Where are you watching when the macros are applied ? From where are you running the Auto QA review ?

Has Anyone experienced this before.

The custom categories Anything macro where the Auto QA need to mark where the agent has applied a macro or not , as when agent applied the macro the Auto QA does not pick it up and marks the agent down for it.
