Multiple organizations with SSO to the same Enterprise account

We have 2 distinct organizations of licensed agents accessing the same one Enterprise account.  One organization uses Microsoft Active Directory and the other uses Google G-Suite/Workspace.

For security purposes, we want users from both organizations to be authenticated using single sign-on by their own identity management system.

Is this possible?  Is there an article?

Thanks

Hello,

Single Sign on will allow you to connect one URL as a login url for your Agent user type, meaning all users will need to authenticate through the same IdP, unfortunately.

If you utilize JWT rather than SAML there is a workaround available for multibrand that uses custom code. It is not supported but will be the only option for this hopeful end goal:
Multibrand: Using multiple JWT Single Sign-on URLs

Hi @jeff12

We are working on this as a feature enhancement, that project is currently in Beta testing phase. Are you still looking for this solution?

Hello @barkha11 our organization also needs this feature. Is it still in Beta? Is there a planned release date? Thank you!

Is there an update on this? I don’t think the current “Let them choose” option covers what is necessary from this request.

Letting everybody choose their login type defeats any security purpose. We should be able to choose specific login types for specific groups of users.
