For the last week or so, after our agents are logged into zendesk , we continously get pop ups to log in again when ever we click on anything. We can hit cancel and make it go away but it pops up again.

Usually, 3rd party applications is the cause of this prompt. You might need to check on your apps to see which of them need reauthorization.
You can go to your Admin Center > Apps > Zendesk Support Apps to see the list of apps, then check the details of each app from there. Normally the apps that require login credentials would have fields for username/password in its settings. You or another admin can log in there and that should resolve the issue.
