conversations between your AI agent re NO MORE created as READ-ONLY

I just noticed that conversations between your AI agent and customers that aren't escalated are NO MORE created as READ-ONLY tickets available in Agent Workspace. 

They are as Open tickets and our agenst can select them.

Have you done an update?
