Custom Agents Not Loading

On Friday - August 14th, our custom agent workspace stopped loading:
 

 

We had 6 custom agents, with 2 active. Any help would be appreciated. We are getting a 500 (Internal Server Error).

Hey ​@rkurz , this sounds like an issue that calls for help from our Customer Support team. It looks like you have an open ticket with them discussing your issue, and I can see that it’s been escalated to engineering to investigate. You’ll hear back on that ticket, it looks like the engineering team it’s assigned to is in APAC!
