Hi team, we use Zendesk for ticketing and the help center. We use gainsight for community. Can we leverage our community for Zendesk agentic AI and copilot?

Hey ​@Tintin! To use your community as a knowledge source for an AI Agent, you could do this a couple ways:

  1. Use the web crawler, if your community is public
  1. Use the Federated Search API

Copilot auto assist only leverages procedures and public Knowledge base articles, but if you use the Federated Search API linked above, then community content could still be surfaced to your agents via the Knowledge app in the context panel!
