Analyse real-time data

Is there a way to analyse ticket data in real-time. For example, on a busy day be able to tell how many tickets we solved today , without the timing discrepancy that occurs in Explore. Is this possible? Using APIs? Thanks!

On Professional and Enterprise, Zendesk Explore does now have a Live Data Dashboard.  Details here: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408843771546-Overview-of-the-Explore-live-dashboard

Otherwise, you could look towards the search API to pull specific data.  Details here: https://developer.zendesk.com/documentation/ticketing/using-the-zendesk-api/searching-with-the-zendesk-api/
