Hi guys! I want to sort all the calls by location (mostly interested in sorting by state, i.e. WA as it is on the picture) Could you please tell me if there are any attributes that can help me with that? I thought to use IF CONTAINS() but have no idea what to apply it to. Cannot find call details location anywhere.

    Hi Eli, I'm afraid I don't think that information is surfaced in Explore. There is an "end-user time zone" attribute you could use that might at least get you close to that: Metrics and attributes for Zendesk Talk
