Help building out a query on Explore

Hello!

I want to build a query that allows me to see a list of all ticket IDs that have breached a certain SLA policy. The data is there, it must be possible, but I can't work out the best way to format it so it appears in the way I'd like!

Any help would be gratefully received.

Thanks!

    Hi Emma,

    Here's how I'd do it:
    1. Create a new query, and select the Support / SLAs dataset.
    2. Choose Breached SLA Tickets as your metric.
    3. Add a filter on SLA Policy Name, and then choose the policy you want the query to refelct.
    4. Under Rows, add Tickets > Ticket ID.

The default table format should give you a list of ticket IDs for the tickets that have breached that policy. Of course you could add additional filters to limit the date range, for example.
