Hello! I have a table with two columns: tickets created this month and tickets created last month. I want to calculate the percentual Month over month difference. I did this using a result metric calculation and it worked! But when I added it to my dashboard - that has a time filter - the report crashed. My understanding is that the time filter on the dashboard does not affect the metrics on the result metric calculation and that's why it happens. Do you have any idea on how to fix the issue or another path I could take to calculate MoM?

Here's how I would create this report referencing my screenshots.
- Duplicate the Tickets metric & add to the report like you can see so there's 2 under metrics.
- Add the attributes
- Created Year - Add a filter to this for “1 years in the past to Today”
- Created - Month
- Go to Result Manipulation > Add a result path calculation & apply to report - see second screenshot
- Hide the first tickets copy column - so only the second is visible with the % difference
- Allow an arrow to appear on the last column (in column settings)
- See end result in final screenshot
NOTE: This data is from my test account, but this report is reporting correctly.
