I want to export a weekly report from zendesk but I cant find the query icon although Iam an admin on zendesk,please help and support how can I show this icon??

Hey @new1,
Most likely you're not seeing the queries icon because you're on the Explore Lite plan. In this case, you won't be able to create custom queries unless you upgrade your Explore subscription to Professional or higher.
