Downloading past chats

I am wondering if it is a possibility to download chat history onto a file separate from Zendesk? 

I've had a look on the chat history but cannot see any function that allows this.

      Hi @artisan,

      You should be able to download/export the past chats under history.
      just select the number of chats you want to export and then under the 'Actions' dropdown, you can bulk export the transcripts.
