FAQ in Zendesk Chat

Hello

         Can we show complete FAQ (knowledgebase) in zendesk chat?  Currently FAQ appear when i type in search but i need complete FAQ to show even without typing?

How this can be done?

Hi Pankaj,

We don't have an option that allows to show all the Help Center in the chat, however, you can show suggested articles as mentioned in the article About Contextual Help for the Web Widget.

Otherwise, you can manually set suggestions using the Zendesk API, see Customizing Contextual Help results
