Modifying the header names for fields in widget

Hi,

We are looking for a way to modify the header names of fields together with the text under "Description" but are unable to find any how these can be modified.

    Hello Anton,

    System contact form fields such as name and email address can't be changed, unfortunately. 
    But for the "Description" field, it's title and description can be updated in Admin Center > Objects and Rules > Tickets Fields:
