No notification message sound

Hello 

when i receive message from web widget chat , i do no have any sound. 

On agent profil sounds are on and high, i can hear them when ajust them , but never when receive a chat message

Hi Thierry,
 
If you are using Safari web browser, your sound notifications might be automatically blocked. That these Safari settings can also block notification sounds for end users on the Chat widget.
 
To allow sound notifications in Safari
  1. On your Zendesk Chat dashboard, right click on the URL address bar.
  2. Click Settings for this Website...
  3. In the Auto-play settings drop-down list select Allow All Auto-Play
 

If you are using Chrome browser, kindly make sure that the sound is enabled

Thank you but i did it , same problem. If i use Chrome or firefox it is same problem
