'react" function

Thank you for getting in touch with us. I recognize that you're interested in finding out whether it's feasible for your clients to provide reactions to messages from agents in your web or messaging widget.
 
Currently, our interactive options don't include a native feature that allows end users to react instantaneously to an agent's text, for example with emojis or 'like' buttons, as seen on various social media platforms. Given that you've raised this question on our Q&A page, I would strongly encourage you to share this suggestion as a feature request on our Community forum. The greater the community interest in this feature, the more likely it will be considered for inclusion in our development plans.
