Our organization is set up to automatically assign tickets on a weekly basis to be reviewed by managers. When a manager is Out of Office for a week, their reviews are not completed (since they reset the following week). Reassigning tickets for one week is a very manual process with assignments. It would be great to have a delegation feature to be able to delegate reviews to another manager.
