We're working on updating HTTP targets to the new Webhooks system but it seems that placeholders such as ticket.id and others that are used for ticket custom field values are no longer available in the Endpoint URL. We use these when communicating with some external services that use URL parameters rather than a JSON body.
Is there a way to get placeholders to work in the endpoint URL or will these targets no longer function in the new system?
According to our product manager Chris Sos, placeholders are now supported (as of yesterday): see his comment in Converting HTTP targets to webhooks.
