Hi,

Today, you need to be an administrator to manage schedules and add Holidays.

This creates issues because many customers working with multiple markets or departments in Zendesk need to be able to create custom roles and assign permissions to adjust schedules and, most importantly, add Holidays.

At the moment, a workaround would be all regional managers have to inform an administrator, who then has to add this on their behalf, which is not sustainable.

Therefore, a permission we would like to see available in roles is the ability to manage schedules and Holidays.

I totally agree, this creates workflow bottlesnecks requiring admins to change schedules when it really could be a CX manager.
