Fax Integration

As of now fax outbound campaigns are not planned to be included as a part of Sell. I encourage everyone here though to share similar or different stories on how fax helps you run your sales.

Our business is in the healthcare space and many physician practices are still quite reliant on fax machines as a means of transmitting information. This would be something important for us to incorporate into our process for maximum exposure.

Are there any third party services which might be able to integrate with Zendesk to accomplish this? Or do you know of how we might be able to find something to that effect?

Hey Fahad, thanks for sharing more context.

Currently my best shot would be to try and use Zapier to connect one of the Fax sending apps with Zendesk Sell. Here's one example:

https://zapier.com/apps/zendesk-sell/integrations/phaxio

If you scroll down the page, you'll find all the triggers that you can use in Sell to send Fax from the other app. 

I guess there are a lot of Fax sending apps on Zapier you might want to try. Phaxio here is just an example I found.

We also have a use case of sending FAXes from Zendesk Support.

Being a Fintech company, we have to send docs securely to financial institutions (FI), and many of them rely on FAX as a secure medium.  Encrypted emails are not supported by many FI's.
