Hi Team,

 

We would like to request a feature that allows for visual customization within the Agent Workspace to help agents easily distinguish between tickets from different brands. This issue primarily affects our agents, who manage tickets for multiple brands and need a way to quickly differentiate them. This feature would significantly improve the agent experience and reduce the cognitive load of managing multiple brand identities at once.

 

This feature would address the challenge of agents not being able to quickly and accurately identify the brand associated with a ticket. The possibility of brand confusion can lead to agents providing incorrect information or using a communication style that doesn’t align with the brand’s identity.  This directly impacts customer satisfaction and can harm brand reputation. Implementing this feature would help us avoid these issues and increase our team’s overall efficiency.

 

Our ideal solution would be the ability to assign a unique color palette or other distinct visual indicators, such as brand-specific logos or icons, to each brand within our Zendesk instance. These elements would be prominently displayed throughout the ticket view, including areas like the ticket header or next to the ticket number, making it immediately clear to agents which brand they are working with and reinforcing brand identity at a glance.
