Currently, in the Help Center portal, when customers view their tickets, the conversation updates are displayed in chronological order (oldest at the top). This makes it difficult for users to quickly see the most recent response or update.
Request:
Please introduce an option to display the latest ticket update at the top (reverse chronological order) in the Help Center ticket view. This will improve user experience by allowing customers to immediately see the most recent activity without scrolling through older comments.
Benefit:
- Saves time for customers and agents.
- Reduces confusion and improves clarity on the latest ticket status.
- Aligns with common UI practices in modern support tools.
