Hi ZD team,
The new UI is time-consuming, it requires extra clicks here and there to get the job done, and the fixed screens on the ticket, are huge and not necessary, the subject of the ticket? why it is fixed? the internal/external reply section when typing, and adding screenshots, is a small area, trying to make it a larger area, will eliminate the ticket itself as now I can not read the customer reply!! We at Freightos don't like it at all, and what is it guys with making the conversation upside-down? It was working and we don't want an update as we are dealing with customers and need to answer them fast and efficiently.
