As noted in the above article, it is good to see multiple sign-in options added.
However, if there is no need to use more than one, it is clearly a hindrance.
The "Switch to Agent Sign-In" and "Switch to Customer Sign-In" displays are only confusing because there is no need to switch in the first place.
I am happy to see the addition of the feature, but at the same time I think the feature should be turned off so that it can remain the same display as before.
*I am concerned that the addition of this feature will lead to more unnecessary questions due to the change in the sign-in screen.
